First of all my congrats with wedding anniversary! Thats a big attainment!

In my opinion idea with restaurant will be good. You can book a table in Italian restaurant, prepare menu, choose a good wine and asked for a live-music. Moreover try to find little fireworks and make a surprise at the end of the dinner.
